Chrysalis Rail has recently completed a C5P project on 9 x class 153 vehicles for Angel Trains. This 5-month project was carried out at the Chrysalis Rail depot in Long Marston. Concluding in July 2017, this project involved full exterior re-livery and corrosion repairs to the exterior of the vehicles. Chrysalis also carried out several modifications including: installation of Webasto auxiliary heaters, replacement of coupler connection boxes and brake controllers.

Feedback from both Angel Trains and GWR has been very positive with both parties commenting on the quality of the finish and workmanship delivered.
